Margaret Thatcher Low Carb Diet

Recently Margaret Thatcher's diet to get ready for a famous photo outside of No. 10 was revealed. The diet that she ate consisted of twenty eight egg's a week as well as lamb chops, steak, spinach, cucumbers and an occasional whiskey. This low carb diet was found on a yellowing piece of paper in her diary from 1979. One should not be surprised though because the Atkins diet has been used many diet to quickly help famous people lose weight.
